Ben Iserhien has been in law practice since 1992. He specializes in large complex litigation, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder actions, bankruptcies, foreclosure defense, and immigration. He also specializes in assisting corporations and high net worth investors with debt negotiations and restructuring. He previously worked as a contract attorney on the Boeing and McDonald Douglas merger for White & Case, and the Ratheon and Hughes merger for Howrey & Simon. Prior to Bar admission, Mr. Iserhien worked at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, and Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Iserhien has successfully negotiated with major banks and lenders to restructure corporate debt and real estate holdings of various high net worth investors valued at over $100 Million.
